Lindsay may be a good fit for you if:
• You feel deeply, are emotionally sensitive, or creative, and often struggle to put words to what you’re feeling
• You have an anxious, fearful-avoidant (disorganized), or softer avoidant attachment style and want support that feels gentle, steady, and emotionally attuned
• You long for connection but worry about being “too much,” overwhelmed, or misunderstood in relationships
• You feel disconnected from your body, intuition, or inner voice after stress, trauma, or loss
• You are navigating grief, identity exploration, trauma, or religious and spiritual trauma
• You want therapy that honors your nervous system, creativity, and emotional depth without rushing or forcing change
Lindsay accepts self-pay clients only at this time. Her rate is $75/session. She is able to offer a reduced rate for those in need. Supervised by Stephanie.
Lindsay is especially well-suited for clients who feel deeply and often carry more emotion than they know how to express. Many of the people drawn to her describe themselves as creative, intuitive, or sensitive, and may feel overwhelmed, emotionally shut down, or unsure how to trust their inner voice. She works particularly well with clients who want depth and meaning in therapy but also need gentleness, patience, and a steady pace.
She is a strong fit for clients with anxious attachment, who long for connection but fear being “too much,” as well as those with fearful-avoidant or disorganized attachment, who want closeness but feel guarded or unsure how to stay present in relationships. Lindsay also supports clients with softer avoidant patterns—those who have learned to contain emotions, rely on independence, or disconnect from feeling, but who are curious about reconnecting with themselves in a safe, non-pressured way.
Lindsay is especially attuned to creatives, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals navigating grief, identity exploration, trauma, or religious and spiritual trauma. Many of her clients come in feeling disconnected from their bodies, unsure how to name what they’re feeling, or carrying spiritual wounds that make trust and safety complicated. Therapy with Lindsay offers a grounded, emotionally engaged space to slow down, listen inward, and rebuild self-trust without being rushed or pushed beyond readiness.
