Jessie is a second-year Master’s-level intern at Soul’s Alchemy who brings a grounded, steady presence to therapy, along with warmth, humor, and emotional honesty. Clients often experience her as someone who can stay present with intense feelings without becoming overwhelmed or distant.
She works especially well with clients whose attachment experiences have shaped how they relate to others and themselves, including those who long for connection but fear being a burden, those who rely heavily on independence, or clients who feel torn between closeness and pulling away. Jessie offers a consistent, emotionally safe relationship where these patterns can be explored without pressure or judgment.
Jessie is comfortable working with emotional depth, including suicidal thoughts, and provides a calm, containing presence that helps clients stay with difficult emotions rather than pushing them away. She is especially drawn to working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity shifts, or major life transitions.
Creativity is a natural part of how Jessie understands people and healing. As a musician and textile-based artist, she recognizes that some experiences live beyond words and welcomes expressive or creative exploration when helpful. She also has experience working with neurodivergent individuals and offers an affirming, strengths-based approach that supports confidence and self-trust.
Her background working with children and families in high-stress environments has shaped her commitment to creating a space that feels safe, nurturing, and emotionally honest, where clients can move at their own pace.
