Mo may be a good fit for you if:

• You’ve been told you’re intense, difficult, or hard to understand, and you want to be met with curiosity rather than correction
• You tend toward avoidant, anxious, or disorganized attachment patterns and struggle with trust, closeness, or emotional regulation
• You are neurodivergent or feel that your way of thinking, feeling, or relating hasn’t fit neatly into traditional therapy spaces
• You experience overwhelming emotions, addiction, or turbulent relationships and want a therapist who won’t back away from complexity
• You are highly analytical, pattern-oriented, or insight-driven and want therapy that honors your intelligence and depth
• You want a therapist who sees both your survival strategies and your strengths—and treats both with respect

Mo accepts self-pay clients only at this time. Her rate is $75/session. She may also be able to provide a reduced rate for those in need. She is supervised by Stephanie.

She is a Master’s-level intern at Soul’s Alchemy who works especially well with people who have been told they are “too much,” difficult, intense, or hard to understand. Many of her clients come into therapy after feeling dropped, dismissed, or misunderstood in other spaces. With Mo, therapy is a place where honesty is met with respect, and where clients are not asked to shrink, soften, or apologize for who they are.

Mo brings a rare ability to see patterns, nuance, and meaning beneath behavior. She is deeply attuned to complexity—emotional, relational, and internal—and she has a sharp, insightful way of helping clients understand themselves without pathologizing their survival strategies. Rather than trying to change clients into something more palatable, Mo focuses on understanding why certain patterns developed and what they have protected.

She works well with clients whose attachment experiences have involved inconsistency, rupture, or misattunement—those who learned early to stay hyper-independent, hypervigilant, or emotionally guarded, as well as those who experience intense emotional bonds and relational turbulence. Mo offers a grounded, steady relationship where intensity is not feared and where trust can develop without pressure or control.

Mo leans in where others may back away. She is comfortable sitting with overwhelming emotions, relentless self-criticism, addiction, and complicated relational dynamics. She also brings a deep respect for neurodivergent ways of sensing, thinking, and relating, recognizing the intelligence and adaptability often hidden beneath years of misunderstanding or forced conformity. Her presence is steady and non-intrusive, allowing clients to feel fully seen—contradictions, defenses, and strengths included.

With Mo, clients are not managed or contained; they are understood. Therapy becomes a space to make sense of patterns, reclaim agency, and develop self-trust without losing depth or intensity.
